ulnar nerve examination

Summary

On examination ptn had

1.       Hypothenar muscle wasting

2.       Clawing of hand

3.       Interossei weakness (dorsal and palmar)

4.       Adductor pollicis weakness

5.       3/4th lumbrical weakness

6.       Reduced sonsory at lateral side of hands

7.       Unable to pinch

8.       Froment test positive

9.       Adduction test positive (palmar interossei)

Diagnosis :

Ulnar nerve lesion (low lesion)
